All products and services provided through our platform are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of this, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once access has been granted.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide access to quizzes, practice materials, and other features for a specified duration. Once a subscription is activated, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

3. One-Time Quiz or Content Purchases

Purchases of individual quizzes, question banks, or other one-time digital items are non-refundable once accessed.

4. Exceptions

We may provide a refund or credit in the following limited cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same item or subscription
• Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, where the issue is confirmed to be on our side and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
• Failure to receive access due to an error in our system

Any exception is granted solely at our discretion.

5. No Refunds for Performance or Score Outcomes

We do not guarantee improvements in academic performance or exam results. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with quiz difficulty, scoring, question styles, or performance outcomes.
